Operations Manager
Created in 1982
Crazy about ice caves, expeditions, snowmobiling and exploring unbeaten tracks. Has many years of experience in the Arctic. Shaves his beard only once a year and makes a bonfire with it. Speaks Czech/Slovakian, Norwegian and English and loves to go out climbing on ice walls.

Created in 1990
Has walked every trail on Svalbard. Loves to bring you up on mountains for some amazing views! Drives snowmobiles with his eyes closed and serves you hot Reindeer blood during your activity like it is wine. Speaks Polish, Norwegian and English

Created in 1995
Is able to guide you through the massive valleys of Svalbard either by snowmobile, with a pack of Huskies, hiking and this all with his eyes closed. Has a long unpronounceable name so we keep it with just Fer.
Speaks Spanish, New Zealandic and English

Rock sniffler
Created in 1997
Loves to take you out to explore Svalbard at her finest, but gets really enthusiastic when the snow disappears and rocks get visible.
Usually avoids hitting Reindeers on his snowmobile.
Has seen more shooting stars than anyone else on Svalbard but none of his wishes came true.

Our centipede in our office. Is able to process 236 different tasks at the same time. Truly believes that the Czech Republic is Central Europe and not considered as Eastern Europe. Creates fantastic itineraries for you to create unbeatable memories! Speaks English and Czech.

Thinks that every white dot is a Polar bear. Only because he wants to do a running competition with it. Is the fastest man on the island and loves to drive a snowmobile through the valley. Has destroyed 3 boats and named the last one he owns 'the unsinkable 4'.

Created in 1980
The man from Argentina!
Still believes that all FIFA world cup victories are truly won without any bribes.
Coincidentally paragliding was invented in the same year as he was born. Knows every spot on both the Arctic and Antarctica. Speaks Italian, English and Spanish.

Mariska
Dutch Madame Mountain
Created in 1985
Has explored every valley and mountain in a 100km radius from Longyearbyen with her flurry Husky Øst on her side.
Keeps the Dutch pride on Spitsbergen (not Svalbard) :-) high!
Keeps you safe during all your Arctic activities with her stories to share! Speaks English, Dutch, German and almost Norwegian!

Igor
The Man from Kazakhstan
Created in 1993
Was born in an iglo and was eating raw frozen fish from 1 month old. Drives snowmobiles with his eyes closed as he knows every turn, rock and reindeer on the track.
Will do traditional Kazakh dancing if you get cold and usually finds the way back to town in a complete without.
Speaks English and Russian.

Is the smallest guide in the team, but is able to create massive adventures.
Speaks every language from North to South India, without scamming you! Works as chef in one of the restaurants but loves to join you in his spare time on our trips!

Arctic fox spotter
Created in 1996
She knows where every Arctic fox hides in a radius of 500km around Longyearbyen.
Has made more pictures of wildlife than she has walked kilometers on Svalbard. Loves to bring her camera on trips to keep collecting content. Is maybe our smallest team member. Speaks Catalan, Spanish and English

Created in 1996
Is still not sure whether he wants to be an astronaut or an Arctic guide. Goes stargazing whenever he can. Has seen more Northern lights than series on Netflix. Speaks Swedish, Norwegian and English.

Created in 1977
Makes every trip a true adventure.
He likes to sing Pavarotti and Laura Pausini during your day out in the mountains and valleys. Was born on skis and has been able to ski down every Svalbard mountain starting with the letter H. Enjoy a great day full of stories with Lorenzo and create unbeatable memories!

Is it a bird? Is it a plane?No! It is SUPERSVEN!Our Arctic Nature Guide 'almost done with the study' superhero.Has been eating more snow than the local reindeers do in their lives. Is capable of being visible in every snowstorm due to his red beanie. Likes to sing German schlager songs during his time out in the wilderness.

Ever since he was able to speak, he was mentioning the word 'Arctic' twice in every sentence.

Never misses a single moment of the Aurora outside. Knows all about it and keeps track on the predictions. Is constantly informing the guides in the field about the presence of the lights.

Although he needs to wait until he is 16 years old, he drives better than many guests. Is waiting for expeditions to come back to the basecamp to refuel, maintenance and park the snowmobiles for the next trip.

Has tasted every dish of every single restaurant in the Arctic. Writes reviews and advices our guests in their choices of dinners. Loves to go out on snowmobiles to the far East coast to watch Polar bears play around.

Found in 2019
Was found as a puppy on the streets of South Patagonia and was taken by the owners. Now lives his life in love up North and is grateful for this. Loves to go out with the guides and likes the attention of the guests.
Likes Reindeers for dessert.
