Sales manager
Created in 1981
Is the driving force in our sales and customer journey team. Between digital marketing and design to groups and incentives, she is part of every bit in our sales team.
She is often to be found in our booking office or in our basecamp.
Val
Sales agent
Created in 1987
Is our sales agent who is able to create magical adventurous itineraries.
You will find him in our open booking office where he is ready for a nice chat.
Always humble and friendly!
Has traveled over the world and ended up in the Arctic believing there are actually Oreo cookies stored in a frozen safe somewhere.
Roman
Sales agent
Created in 1989
As a part time guide, he knows all the ins and outs from Svalbard activities and loves to tell you all about it.
Creates worry free travel packages for you and is there to answer all your questions. He can be found in our booking office mostly during the weekends.
Joe
Operational Manager
Created in 1997
Makes sure that all our operations run smooth. From our boat expeditions, our snowmobile trips to all our day to day operational needs, Joe is there to make sure our guide team can go out with our guests without any hassle.
He roams around our basecamp or can be found somewhere in the field.
Christian
Basecamp crew
Created in 1996
You will meet his smiling face in our basecamp, where he is preparing your activity of today.
He makes sure all our guides and guests are welcomed in a clean and warm welcoming atmosphere. In his spare time he is teaching the boys how to play guitar.

Owner & The boss
Created in 1982
Our professional photographer, social media, back office, experience creator, bookings, sales and so much more. Needs 2 coffee per day to keep running. Looks like Princess and behaves like Bowser.
Roan
Northern light expert
Created in 2013
Never misses a single moment of the Aurora outside. Knows all about it and keeps track on the predictions. Is constantly informing the guides in the field about the presence of the lights.
Reaf
Snowmobile maniac
Created in 2015
Although he needs to wait until he is 16 years old to drive a snowmobile, he often drives better than many guests. Is waiting outside for expeditions to come back to our basecamp to help with refueling, maintenance and park the snowmobiles for the next trip.
Ryan
Junior Guide
Created in 2007
Has completed the Arctic guiding program and is our junior guide. Shoots a rifle better than is dad and joins on several activities as extra guide and is allowed to be the main guide on some of our trips.
Keeps talking and talking during the day and even during his sleep.
Campero
Polar bear protector
Found in 2019
Was found as a puppy on the streets of South Patagonia and was taken by the owners. Now lives his life in love up North and is grateful for this. Loves to go out with the guides and likes the attention of the guests.
Likes Reindeers for dessert.
Hikmet
Owner & Guide
Created in 1982
Goes out on expeditions as much as possible, has many stories to tell and loves to think he can sing. Has studied Wikipedia for many years. Speaks 12 languages and (still) believes in Santa Claus.
