I acknowledge that I am fully aware of the nature of the activity I am participating in. I confirm that I am voluntarily taking part in this activity and that I am mentally and physically capable of doing so.

I confirm that I am not under the influence of any drugs, alcohol, or other substances that could impair my judgment, physical coordination, or ability to participate safely in the activity.

I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my own actions and safety during the activity. I also accept full responsibility for any minors or dependents who are accompanying me and under my care.

I hereby release, waive, and discharge Snowfox Travel and its owners, employees, agents, and partners from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from my participation in the activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
