I understand and agree that I am fully responsible for my own actions and safety during the activity. If applicable, I also accept full responsibility for any minors or dependents who are accompanying me and under my care.
I am responsible for the good care of all equipment and materials that I have received from Snowfox Travel. In case of damage or loss, I am accountable for replacement.
I hereby release, waive, and discharge Snowfox Travel and its owners, employees, agents, and partners from any and all liability, claims, damages, or expenses (including legal fees) that may arise from my participation in the activity, whether caused by negligence or otherwise.
