Search no more and join us on our Best of Both snowmobile expedition, full of Arctic experiences such as ice climbing - ice caves and ice fishing. Exploring the magical East Coast and the more unknown, away from the crowds, South part of Spitsbergen.

The evening before…
We will pick you up from your accommodation.
We will the evening before a welcome dinner together with your guide(s) and will brief you about our upcoming expedition.
We will bring you back to your accommodation for a good night sleep.
It is adventure day!
We will pick you up early and transfer you to our basecamp.
We will get dressed in proper suits and boots, which you will all get from us.
We will head out towards the East Coast! Our first destination of our expedition.
We will drive over glaciers and large valleys.
We will scout for wildlife.
We will go ice climbing - no worries you don’t need any experience- we will guide you through!
We sleep in our wilderness camp on the East Coast.
We will need you to join for Polar bear watch.
Traveling from East to South…
We will prepare a good coffee to get us started for the day.
We will leave the East Coast behind, making our way towards the beautiful Southern parts.
We will take unique routes and show you the best the Arctic has to offer.
We will drive up all the way to Van Mijenfjorden and Paulabreen.
We will sleep in our comfortable wilderness tent camp.
We will have a warm fire inside.
We will enjoy warm dinner, great stories and a good night sleep.

We will leave our comfortable tent camp behind.
We will set course to Camp Morton.
We will go ice fishing at Linnevatnet .
We will try to catch our dinner! :-)
We will set up camp at Grønfjorden area.
Time will go so fast…
We will have our last expedition day.
We will explore an ice cave.
We will pass by Barentsburg - mining settlement.
We will drive along the beautiful coastline.
We will be sad that this is our last day.
We will have a ton of memories.
We will have a great dinner together in one of the restaurants.

What to bring
Warm clothes under your snowmobile suit (preferably several layers of wool), a pair of thin gloves or mittens to wear under your driving mittens. Down jackets, etc. are not recommended under the snowmobile suit.
Our snowmobiles do not all have storage boxes, so we recommend that you bring a small backpack for your camera, extra clothes, etc. We recommend that everyone drives their own snowmobile, as this is easier than traveling with a passenger.
Remember to bring a driving license for a car, motorcycle or snowmobile valid for Svalbard!
Important to know
This trip is dependent on weather and ice conditions. You are not allowed to drive without being able to present a valid driver's license which is valid in Svalbard – your tour will not be refunded if you fail to do so.
If you are under the influence of alcohol or other drugs, you will not be allowed to join and will not receive any refund. If we need to adjust our planned route due to safety reasons, we hold the right to do so. Your safety is our main concern.
There is no reimbursement if we need to.
We reserve the right to refuse you to join our activity, if you do not arrive properly prepared in terms of clothing when we pick you up.

There will be an option to lower your liability in case of damage to our snowmobiles for an additional fee. This will be presented to you during the safety instructions at our basecamp.
Age limits
Minimum age 16 years. All under 18 need to be accompanied by an adult.
Cancellation reimbursement
- 22 days or more prior to departure: 95%
- 21-8 days prior to departure: 50%
- 7 or less days prior to departure: 0%
Refunds
We are not able to offer a refund due to route changes, sickness, cancelled or delayed flights or any other circumstance outside our control. We recommend you have a valid travel insurance.
